Top Mops values your home and appreciates your business.  For both the protection of our clients and our company please read the following Policies and Terms.

Supplies and Equipment

All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished by Top Mops.  Our cleaning staff is well trained in the proper methods to clean granite, stainless steel and ceramic tile, to name a few.  We utilize environmentally preferred cleaning products that are safe for the air, the fabrics, the pets and the people within your home. If  you have a specific cleaning product that you prefer, please have it accessible to us when we arrive.

Assigned Cleaner: 

Top Mops makes every attempt to assign each customer with the same cleaner(s) with the exception of illness, vacation, or personal emergency.  In the event your assigned cleaner ends employment with the company, he or she will be replaced with another trained cleaner who has been briefed on the details of your property.


Extra Time: 

If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 24 hours in advance so that we can give you a price quote and revise our schedule.


Cleaning Time: 

Top Mops can't guarantee what time the cleaning staff will arrive because each home gets the attention it deserves and not a pre-determined amount of time.  Top Mops usually schedules one residential property to be cleaned at 9 AM and one property at 1 PM.  If for any reason you require a more precise time of arrival, Top Mops will work with you for a convenient solution.  Please allow for an open time frame rather than an exact arrival time when possible.


Payment Policy: 

Payment for your cleaning service is due, in full, at the time of service unless pre-arranged. We use QuickBooks Online Invoice Payments Account. When you open the Invoice that was emailed to you, you can click Pay Now and chose to Pay by Credit, Debit, Apple Pay or ACH Bank Transfer. 


Cancellation Policy: 

There is no charge for cancelling a regularly scheduled cleaning service with more than 24 hours notice.  If our cleaning staff arrives and is unable to enter the property or if your cleaning service is not cancelled 24 hours in advance you will be responsible for one half of your cleaning service fee.


Refunds: 

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers.  However we want you to be 100% satisfied, which is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee.  If we receive prompt notification, we will come back to examine the problem.  If the complaint involves the quality of service we have provided, we pledge to correct the issue at no charge.

Under the terms of Top Mops Cleaning Services, LLC standard agreement, clients are required to "report any suspected problems with bedbug infestation immediately".  Clients are the first line of defense against bedbugs.  Further, any willful failure on the part of a client to report a bedbug infestation may result in adverse action taken against the client, up to and including termination of services.

​​Construction Cleaning rates


Phase 0ne- "Rough Clean"

consisting of the removal of large debris and trash, stickers will be removed from windows and the unit will be swept out. This phase will help prepare for the incoming subs for painting, flooring, fixtures and cabinetry.

Approximate cost is .10 per sq. ft.


Phase two- "Prep Clean"

consisting of a detailed cleaning of the kitchen and restrooms to include sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, countertops and cabinets. Removing remaining stickers on appliances, fixtures, cabinets and windows. Cleaning baseboards, light fixtures, door frames, interior windows, window ledges, mirrors, floors vacuumed and mopped.

Approximate cost is .20 per sq. ft.


Phase three-"Final Clean"

All touch-ups will be addressed and everything will be considered move in ready. The cleaning will finalize with the floors being swept, carpet vacuumed, floors mopped and any dust remaining will be addressed.

Approximate cost is .10 per sq. ft.


If all three phases are chosen, then you will receive a discounted total price of .30 per sq. ft.


We also offer an hourly rate which will be $25/ per head with a $75 minimum charge.

Fees may vary per cleaning depending on the actual size of the unit (SF), additional rooms, deluxe baths, additional cleaning time required or other special owner requests.  Spring cleaning and move out cleaning fee's are the regular rate multiplied by 2.


Top Mops provides all cleaning supplies and equipment.  Customer must provide vacuum to prevent cross contamination.  On request we can use our commercial vacuums.
